Drive to the seaside village Apollonas from the North West coastal road and on the way make a stop at Agia, remnants of an old tower, and after a dip in the sea you can return to town from the inland road that passes through many picturesque unspoiled villages. In Apollonas there is the huge ancient marble kouros (statue) of Apollo. Plan a full day of it as the road is rather winding and the views will keep you enthralled so there's no need to rush.
