Great restaurant in farm-style on the edge of the dune-forest. Nice stop when you are cycling north from Castricum. From here many hikes start. Often nightingales to be heard!

They serve very Nice food at this recently renovated and modernised farmhouse. Playing area outside called ‘speelbos’ (‘playing forest ‘), where children can swing on ropes, climb in trees and balance on wooden boardwalks. Also for non- families a great place to visit for a lunch/ dinner after walking/ cycling in the beautiful dune area between Castricum and Egmond. Is situated at the entrance of this dune area.

Our favorite restaurant. You can park free near the restaurant. A place for children to play called" het klimbos"
