HIKING This is a very popular hike along the coast. The path starts just in front of Ammare, to the right up the steep path and runs along the coast to The Ciolo and then up a gorge to Galliano del Capo. Early morning and evening recommended in full summer and wear trainers and take water with you.

This path is a must! If you can wake up early in the morning you can walk through it as the sun rises and it is something that will leave you speechless. Once you finish the path going down towards the sea you will find yourself in front of the caves that offer beautiful views.

Un sentiero poco distante dall'alloggio, adatto agli amanti del trekking. Difficoltà Medio/Bassa con vista mare al termine. Un esperienza nella bucolica flora salentina.

Il sentiero delle cipolliane è un'esperienza immersiva nella natura più incontaminata del Salento, in bilico tra l'azzurro del cielo e il blu del mare. Si tratta di un itinerario rurale su un sentiero che costeggia le coste a strapiombo sul mare del basso adriatico, di circa 2,5km. Ponte Ciolo (famoso per i tuffi) e il vecchio Porto di Novaglie sono gli estremi di questo percorso.
