You'll likely need reservations for this unless you're super lucky with a walk in. The place is small, holding only about 12 guests at a time, but if you love cheese, it's a winner.

Very nice Swiss restaurant with entrees with melted Swiss cheese on them. Quite an experience!

With table-side melted cheese scraping service, it's like an Alpine getaway on Avenue A. But it's tiny so make a reservation online and BYO a nice dry Riesling.
