Right around the corner....be aware of the trolleys and the horse carriages in the street. This is the heart of downtown.

There are quite a few stores in West Memphis/Marion Arkansas just across the Mississippi River, but Walgreens is the best option for something downtown. They close early, so be sure to plan ahead.
