Chartreuse Bistro is a "foodie's" dream! We love to sit at the bar and watch the chef make magic! Everything is ALWAYS delicious, however, the portions are smaller. Chartreuse Bistro is a husband & wife owned and operated organic farm to table bistro located in the historic district in downtown Norfolk, Virginia. Ideas & inspiration include time spent in Europe, made from scratch & nose to tail cuisine, biodynamic agriculture, recycling, vinegar, organic farming & backyard gardens, prix fix menus, old World wine, fine dining service, modern & contemporary design along with family & friends.
