A must seen! Beautiful park setting around a historic home and barn. The Master Gardeners Program takes care of the yard which is always beautiful. There's a flat path around the park. Many picnic tables and bbq stands so you can spend the day! There's a short flat path to Tennant Lake.

Very unique park that was previously a farm homestead and was donated and incorporated as a State Park. Contains stunning mature gardens, a massive red barn, live bunny rabbits, chickens and geese for viewing, acres of well maintained lawns, picnic sites and walking trails.

Fun historic site and petting zoo. Good walking trails and interpretive garden. Place by the river with sandy beach. Two lookout towers. Wonderful place for an afternoon picnic.
