Mr. Surf's is a Panama City Beach staple. They rent paddle boards and surf boards for a fun afternoon in the Gulf. I've used their boards in the past, and they are very helpful!

Great place to rent paddle boards. Their tacos and smoothies are good in the restaurants here as well.
