SEASONAL ROAD CLOSURE: 4th of July Road is closed in the winter from the western side of Eldora to the end of the road. Located north of the town of Eldora at the end of Fourth of July Road, this fantastic hike truly has it all. Starting out along the Arapaho Pass Trail and leading through lush forests and waterfalls, the trail to Diamond Lake has everything you could want from a Colorado hiking trail.

Diamond Lake trail is a popular 5.4-mile trail to a beautiful lake! Located 40 mins from the dome!

this is a great moderate hike within one hour of denver. it has beautiful waterfalls, lakes, and views!
