Small neighbourhood cafe that do the best damn hot cakes/pancakes going around! Coffee, sandwiches and a small lunch menu. Often quieter so easy to eat quick on the run.

Actually there is a cafe on almost every corner in this part of Melbourne & they're all good. Visit this one on your way to the river
