For a good view of the town and surrounding areas you can drive up to Mt Marlay Lookout in town, which also has recently renovated, easy grade walking tracks.

Mt Marlay look out is a short 2 minute walk from The Hideaway. It's great at getting the heart racing if you feel like walking or running to the top alternatively, you can take the road access and enjoy the views.

Great expansive views of Stanthorpe. There is also a short summit walk which takes you up to the peak to see the other side as well.

Up the short steep winding road for amazing views of the town. At the top find free mounted binoculars and while you’re there make sure you follow the pathway and have a short walk to encircle the summit of the mountain.
