A great way to take a 30 minute hike up this tiny city mountain, with Wonderfull views of the city along the way and a restaurant at the top

Great walk up this mountain through monasteries, etc. and on top a lovely, cosy restaurant and nice view to town

If I feel like escaping or just go for a run, I step up the stairs of Kapuzinerberg (5min walk) and feel like not being the heart of Salzburg. The woods, the little fortress on the top and the goats(!)! What an adventure!

starts close by at the "Sterneckkreuzung", steep path up to the top, stunning view over the city, chamois living in the wild, pure nature within the city, descent directly in the old town.

Access near the Eni gas station. Nice for a short hike and watching the city from above.
