You can walk to this kayak and SUP rental shop. It’s located on the canal in the same shopping center as the Longbeach Cafe.

Excellent reasonably priced paddleboard and kayak rental right at the North (17th st) entrance of Robinson Preserve. From here you can paddle to the tower and out to the Manatee River where there are lots of sandbars, beaches and mangrove tunnels.

Travel through the mangroves solo or with a guide. It’s a nice leisurely activity that locals and visitors enjoy.
