At the entrance of Waimea Falls. Tends to be calm during summer months and a great surfing spot for intermediate surfers in winter. Good parking and bathroom facilities.

North shore beach with tons of aloha spirit. The locals like to jump off the cliff 5 to 30 ft cliff. Water 💦 is 6-15 ft deep depending on the area safety first.

Waimea Bay is located in Haleiwa on the North Shore of O'ahu in the Hawaiian Islands at the mouth of the Waimea River. Waimea Valley extends behind Waimea Bay. Waimea means "reddish water" in Hawaiian. he beach is one of the best for watching wave crash on the beach. Beautiful park area, lifeguards, and close to the beautiful Waimea valley botanical garden and waterfall!

Waimea is a world famous for being one of the best surf spots on the island during the winter. None winter months it’s a great place to swim, sunbath and just relax. Parking is very limited. I’d recommend getting there early to beat the crowds.
