The PV Circle Bar or Kiosco Bar, has the BEST margaritas! It's a 360 degree outdoors bar, underneath the shade of beautiful trees in the Plaza Malecon. While it's right in the center of everything, it's not a well-known tourist destination, making it feel small-town and keeping the drinks authentic. The bartenders are all amazing, the prices are great, they have a bunch of hilarious and sarcastic signs and you will 100% meet some local or even out-of-town characters here. The circle bar is an unforgettable experience every time I have gone and I always end up making new friends here! Don't miss this destination!
