This small gem of a pizza place is hidden in plain view - right off Vitosha boulevard. Italian owned, great food and price, feels like home.

The best and closest pizza restaurant to the flat. The cheeses are original and real. The dough is made with excellent flour (00 type) and you can see the great fermentation by the taking a look at the crust of the pizza. Try the Stracciatella and Mortadella, also the Salsiccia with Pistacchio.

Hey listen, I know pizza is not a typical Bulgarian dish but that's still one of my favourite foods. To me Franco's Pizza gets as close to a decent Italian pizza as possible in Easter Europe and I would absolutely recommend them. If you'd like to see what they have to offer it's best you make a reservation in advance. If not - they offer takeaway. Hooray!

One of the best pizza places in the city. Worth staying in line and enjoying pizza with good beer or glass of wine.
