Amazing homemade pastas and super affordable (entrees $10 - $15, bottles of wine $25 - $45). The only catch is that it is *cash only* and be prepared for a hefty wait unless you go early/late.

The best little Italian Rest. in Manhattan. This mom and pop only serves home made Italian food. Most of the ingredients are imported from Northern Italy, including the wine.
