The Heritage Museum (or Musée du Patrimoine) is a family-run endeavour that has undergone a five-year transformation to exhibit a family collection of Moroccan antiques and artefacts. Musée du Patrimoine showcases a collection of unique Moroccan Berber, Arab and Jewish artefacts, ranging from tribal rugs to jewellery. This project has been wholly funded by Abdellatif and his wife, Hind Sarmi, who have an undying passion for their national heritage. Musée du Patrimoine is a true “labour of love” and its aim is to bring Moroccan heritage in all its complexity and wealth to the public. The museum comprises of six display rooms and four display halls, laid out on two floors with a roof terrace !

The Heritage Museum, located in the medina of Marrakech, is housed in a Moorish riad dating from the 17th century. It presents an exhibition of unique Moroccan art objects such as: tribal carpets, textiles, jewellery, pottery, doors, manuscripts...The place has six rooms, four exhibition corridors and a splendid terrace with a beautiful view of the Koutoubia.
