The library is housed in this lovely palazzo, once a government building, but now home to many unusual books and 2 huge old world globes. For those interested in rare books, this is a special treat. See the library on the second floor which has documents up to 700 years old. Notable is the interior courtyard, with two orders of loggias.

Il Palazzo della Signoria di Jesi è uno dei più imponenti palazzi pubblici delle Marche. Era la sede originale del Gonfaloniere e dei Priori, cioè della Magistratura cittadina.
