Grist's motto is "Provisions with Intention" and that sums up this place perfectly. Last minute dinner reservations are sometimes hard to come by, but they do have some window seating if you get lucky. Food is seasonal, fresh, and made in house by a very talented staff. I'm wild about this place because not only if the food good, it's an experience. Order off their small but brilliantly executed menu, or buy house made pasta, bread, sauces and desserts to go to make back at the space. You will not be disappointed, promise.
