A great loop hike + hike down (moderate) to the beach. Great way to spend time with the family, friends, and build an appetite. Oh, during the summer, look for wild berries - yum!

If it's hot, this is a cool place to take a walk, stunning views of Mount Baker. Eagles soaring. A magical place. Lots of native flora and fauna to enjoy. Look but don't touch.

• Lily Point Beach is a rocky beach where a much wider variety of marine life can be observed. This is still important habitat for hatching sea creatures and fish and the health of beaches like this determines the variety and number of bigger fish and sea creatures later. Protecting it from polluted run-off from development up above is very important for the future of the Puget Sound (Salish Sea).

A beautiful scenic park with groomed walking trails through a shaded canopy of trees. A switchback trail leads down to the beach. Kids love to climb along the clay cliffs. A great place to take the dogs for a run.
