Located in the heart of Turangi, the Turtle Pools complex features four heated pools with a 25 metre leisure and training pool, a 1.8m-deep activity pool, an Aquatic Climbing Wall, a learners pool and a toddlers pool. Lane swimming is available all year round. In addition to the 25m main pool, there is also a 1.8m depth, 32ºC activity/”bomb” pool; a 0.9m depth, 32ºC learners pool; and a 33ºC toddlers pool. The facility is open noon to 6 PM, 364 days a year, closing only on Christmas Day.
