This a hiking area I recommend to guests who want to get away from very touristy areas and a hike I love to do. There are many varied waterfalls on the hike from a deep end to a slide waterfall. Very enjoyable

Locally run private hiking park with 5 waterfalls. The 4th one is the best to jump in, sun bathe, snack...it is off-the-beaten path, rustic, and worth seeing. Steep hike!

A beautiful hiking trail down to different waterfalls. There is a fresh pool at the bottom. For an extra special experience return to the top by horseback. Amazing vistas.

11 kilometers from Tilaran this place is stunning. En route to Monteverde this place offers horseback riding and view to five of the most marvelous waterfalls in the area. Viento Fresco also offers the opportunity to grab a bite at their nearby restaurant.
