Flour + Water is one of the top restaurants in the country. If you're thinking about coming here, you can either make a reservation for a private table WAY in advance, or you can show up, put your name on the list, and come back in 2-3 hours to eat at the communal table. I've eaten here a few times and I can tell you with supreme confidence that it is absolutely worth the wait.

Outstanding California cuisine with an emphasis on Italian-Mediterranean food. Hard to get in -- go late if you can.
