The grandmother of Tokyo ramen shops, Kikuya opened its doors in 1952, and you can practically taste all those decades of experience in its flavoursome soup. The simple-but-delicious Taiwan ramen is worth a try, but first-timers should go with the classic chukamen (¥650).
