If you're here on a Monday and Trinosophes isn't open, then check out Germack. They have a wide variety of coffee and tea options as well as a nice assortment of baked goods from some of Detroit's favorite bakery and pastry shops.

Attractive shop with great staff, located in one of the coolest areas of Detroit. Grab a coldbrew and roam the streets looking at murals and shopping from local vendors. They keep the cafe pretty well air conditioned, so if you're staying put, bring a sweatshirt. Light food and baked goods available but nothing too substantial.

Probably the best coffee shop in town only because of the actual coffee...cool place too but limited hours!

Amazing coffee, tea and treats plus a multitude of herbs and nuts. A great place to grab a cup of joe.
