Oooo! Delicious food and drinks while basking in the healing ionic atmosphere of Fishkill Falls. Gorgeous locale. Pricey and worth it! Salmon burger is yummy! Brussels sprouts are delish!

Favorite brunch place in Beacon with fantastic waterfall views as well as kick-a** bloody mary's or sangrias. Hotel, bar, restaurant and event space. It's a very welcoming establishment and a place you can enjoy a quiet meal outdoors.

Upscale hotel with beautiful overlook of waterfall (have a cocktail or glass of wine near the fire in the winter, or on the patio - even if there is no time to eat)

Their outdoor seating is amazing. Beautiful surroundings, excellent wine selection, and delicious food. Service can be slow on busy nights.
