This historic property was originally built in the 1890's and home to Simon Oppenheimers clothing store.Throughout the years it has seen many businesses come and go including the GC Murphy Company that occupied the property for more than 30 years. It went through a period of vacancy prior to Sharon Payne purchasing the building in 1992 to create her vision of a marketplace for local craftsmen and artisans to come together and sell their wares.
