A vibrant hub created from Cardiff's abandoned docks and Tiger Bay. There's food,ice cream, boat rides, Dr Who and in the summer food festivals and an imported sandy beach! The Senedd (Weslh Assembly Govenment's seat), the Millenium Centre, Crafts in the Bay, Techniquest and the Norwegian church where Roald Dahl was christened.
