Using the freshest ingredients and traditional bread making techniques, all varieties of bread are made on the premises, and often sell out! Aside from their bread, Dojo is famous for their pork and fennel sausage rolls. They are a must have for anyone visiting Braidwood for the first time! Open only until 1:00pm in Braidwood, Dojo Bread can only be described as a thrilling adventure for your taste buds. Only 20 minutes drive, we often pop in for brekky, or just some mouth watering salted caramel slice.
