Italian Beef The ultimate Chicago dish. The real star of the show is the hot Giardinera peppers. If you are smart you get the beef dry on garlic bread with juice on the side, and dip it so the bread doesn’t come apart. An old school Hole in the wall joint. Reminiscent of a pre-Portillos era.
