House is newly renovated with brand new appliances. It is fully private with a separate back entrance. Our house is located 5 min off of Hwy 78 and less than 10 min to historical Stone Mountain Park. Between 5-10 min are grocery stores, restaurants (Applebee’s, Japanese Sushi) and coffee/donut shop Disclaimer: It’s a private basement but you may hear noise from guest in other units

Cozy RetreatMy home is bright, cheerful , neat and clean . The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Most of the homes are single family. Very few rental properties. The home is convenient to I 20 and 285. Lots of stores for shopping banks gas entertainment restaurants and markets. My guest spaces are large.This property is not close to public transportation. I have two in-house cats. They are well maintained and friendly. The home is equipped with security device and guest will be advised when it is in use.
