It's very close to two major highways 44 and 40/60 and close to Maplewood which has various restaurants, stores, and bars. 5 minutes from downtown. Ample street parking. Keypad lock to get in. Quiet one way street. Close to trains so you can hear it in the distance. 500Mbps free high speed internet. No cleaning fee.
