There is a little spot called Alligator pond on the right side of this large beach. If you go during low tide, it is a super fun experience for young children.

This is a short walk down the hill from my house but prices are a little bit high. If you want a better deal on food, go to Tamura's in Hauula. It's not as nice as Foodland, but the prices are usually better.
