Quaint, Mountain Town, Many Tourist areas like Freshwater Aquarium, Ripley's Believe it or Not, and T shirt and fudge and ice cream shops galore. Most Parking is in lots but some free areas can be found especially at the end by the entry to Smoky Mtn National Park....Lots of restaurants and many pancake houses.

Directions and Settling in (Part 1):
Directions: You will want to put in your phone or GPS Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort Gatlinburg, 915 Westgate Resorts Road, Gatlinburg, TN 37738 and the resort is located on the Gatlinburg Parkway ( A divided Boulevard by the river) about 2 miles from the city limits of Gatlinburg itself.
The phone number for our personal concierge (Chris Farmer – direct) is (eight six five) – two four two two nine five five and (he likes you to call him about 1 hour BEFORE you arrive so he can greet you on your arrival).
ASK for and get your FREE passes to the INDOOR water park on site and go there.

Getting around (Driving in ) Part 2:
You will be driving on the Gatlinburg Parkway (a divided boulevard by the river between Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge) and watch for the sign to Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort and the Westgate Smoky Mtn Resorts Road. Then follow signs to REGISTRATION to the LEFT of the entrance area or the lighted arch and Park there. Then go inside and register and find your assigned cabin # and get your keys.

packing suggestions:
1) Bring a ROKU stick or fire stick and you can stream your home TV shows by plugging into the 70 inch TV in Bedroom or living room with an HDMI cord
2) Get snacks and groceries at the Publix or Kroger grocery stores or bring some with you and you will have a full sized fridge to keep drinks and snacks with ice cream, popcorn etc for fun snacking.
3) Bring your favorite coffee/ hot chocolate/ tea to make in your room.
4) Sun screen and swim suits for outdoor pools and INDOOR water park (one day free for each guest (4)... a fun 1/2 day especially on a bad weather day....
