Pigeon Forge has everything that your (or your family's) heart could possibly desire. Any attraction you can think of they have it. Putt putt, go karts, museums, shopping, and even dinner shows! Be mindful when driving down the strip though at certain times of the day during peak season traffic can definitely test your patience. Take it slow and make sure to pay attention to the road, trust me it will be hard to not look at all the attractions along the sides.

Less crowded than Gatlinburg. Has mini golf, Go Karts, Outlet shopping areas, Dollywood ThemePark (really fun with rides and mountain crafts and musical shows). Many chain and unusual restaurants also...

Pigeon Forge, a mountain town and vacation area in eastern Tennessee, is the home of Dollywood, country singer Dolly Parton’s Appalachian-themed park consisting of rides, an adjoining water park and a museum of her costumes and memorabilia. Some of our favorite places for breakfast (only minutes away from Burnt Oak Mountain) include The Old Mill Restaurant, Five Oaks Farm Kitchen (don’t miss the HUGE griddle cakes), and Apple Valley.
