Cousin restaurant to FTH, Chicken Shack is your best option for...well, chicken. Their wings are superb but you must also try their Entree - The chicken and waffles. And my personal favorite - The honey mustard bird with a side of loaded buffalo fries...maybe you can swim some laps in our pool to burn off some of those calories later.

And my personal favorite - The honey mustard bird with a side of loaded buffalo fries...maybe you can swim some laps in our pool to burn off some of those calories later.
Thai Hut is hands down THE best Thai food in Redding. They close at 6pm and are not open on the weekends so get it while you can!

An excellent local fine dining experience, if the weather permits - sit out on the patio and enjoy the Mediterranean Halibut and the Short Rib Gnocchi then follow it up with the Classic Creme Brûlée.
