MY FAVORITE THAI RESTAURANT IN REDDING! The servers are always friendly and the food is always delicious and fresh. Recommendations: Drunken Noodle, Pad Thai and Pho The biggest downside is their hours are inconvenient and strange. They're not open on weekends and they close early at around 7pm. But for a weekday lunch, look no further, Thai Hut is here.

Again, this isn't a big place and tables generally seat four unless you call ahead, and includes an outdoor eating area, but the Thai Hut food is AMAZING!

Thai Hut is hands down THE best Thai food in Redding. They close at 6pm and are not open on the weekends so get it while you can!
