This is a nice part of the beach here in Tarifa where most of the wind/kite surfing takes place. Also, it has the popular sand dunes of Tarifa. It's a 15 minute drive from the house.

This is the famous island in Tarifa which separates the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. It also has a nice view of the Tarifa coastline and also of the Moroccan coastline across the Straight of Gibraltar.

Tarifa is an amazing, large castle that is located in the center of Tarifa and well worth a visit. It has amazing views over the Mediterranean Sea and beautiful views of the mountains on the coast of Morocco. The castle is about 15 minutes walking distance from the house.

Sanctuary on the outskirts of Tarifa, in the Parque de los Alcornocales. There is the Image of the Virgen de la Luz (Patroness of Tarifa). It is a simple Church with a very beautiful altarpiece and has a very wide schedule. There is also a Souvenir Shop.

6 CA-9210Sanctuary on the outskirts of Tarifa, in the Parque de los Alcornocales. There is the Image of the Virgen de la Luz (Patroness of Tarifa). It is a simple Church with a very beautiful altarpiece and has a very wide schedule. There is also a Souvenir Shop.
One of the most emblematic and recognizable places of the Villa de Tarifa (Cádiz), is the "Puerta de Jerez".
When the Christian reconquest ended, its walls were enlarged and the current door was opened, becoming the then main entrance to the city of intramuros.
On the central arch there is a plaque that recalls the taking of Tarifa in 1292.
