Here you can try the traditional danish 'smørrebrød' for lunch, or enjoy a good quality staek for dinner :) This is not a budget-friendly place, but the quality of the wine and food is really good, and definitely worth a visit if you like good food. (If visiting on a weekend night, it's probably a good idea to make a reservation beforehand).

This place offers you a wide variety of special beers (my own personal favorite is the Belgian strawberry beer), and has a nice and rustic setting in an old cellar with big stone walls.

The Cathedral of Roskilde is world wide famous! It has been the main burial site for Danish monarchs since the 15th century, and it's been on UNESCO's heritage list since 1995. It's definitely worth a visit if you are visiting Roskilde :)

And if you are not intersted in art, go to the site anyway and pick up a brochure about the Palace (in which the Museum is located) and read about the history of Roskilde - or take a selfie in the lovely picturesque surroundings :)
