One of our favorite parks to hike/run in because of the views and variety of options. If you're up for a challenge you can hike to the top of Bergen Peak, or you can have a great hike/walk through the meadows. Elk are very common here.

32281 Stagecoach BlvdOne of our favorite parks to hike/run in because of the views and variety of options. If you're up for a challenge you can hike to the top of Bergen Peak, or you can have a great hike/walk through the meadows. Elk are very common here.
One of the few 14'ers you can drive to the top of. Only recommended during the summer months, but still bring a jacket, and drink lots of water! You'll get dehydrated quickly at that altitude, especially if you arrived in the previous 1-2 days.
