Amsterdam's version of Central Park. Beautiful park, very relaxing. Look out for the green parrots in the trees (really!). Right in the middle, have a drink at Blauwe Theehuisje. It's a hidden gem.

Most fancy bar in the Netherlands. It's inside the stunning Amstel Hotel. The view from the balcony is priceless. I recommend a glass of wine there at sunset. Unforgettable.

Fun restaurant to visit with the ferries that leave behind the Central Station. There is no charge, it's a 30 mins boat ride for free. Have a coffee at IJ-Kantine and just take the boat back.

Beautiful terrace by the water at a short walking distance from the house. My favourite! They even have a boat menu here so they serve people in their boats. A must see.
