Hamilton Hall hosts many events including a Holiday Dance in December, chocolate festival in February and it just received a plaque as a historic site in Women’s Historic trail throughout Boston. The nearby public library on Essex street is also a hole built by a sea captain for his daughter.

Appleton Farms Grass Rides
Highland StreetTake Highland Ave to Willson Road. In winter turn into Salem High School parking lot. Go to the exit road and park along side it on the right ( just after the high school building ends and a road joins the exit road) to walk the 1/4 mile up a small incline and along a fenced field to the Old Salem Green parking lot and trailhead. In summer pass the high school on the right . The next right is Old Salem Green. Turn onto Olde Salem Green and proceed up hill to far end of parking lot. Trailhead is there. Hikes are on AllTrails app. Biggest loop is 2.5 mile yellow blaze moderate hike with some rocky parts and marsh views.

Most beautiful beach in the world. I’ve been to beach in Florida Keys rated second most beautiful beach in the world. This is better. There is also the majestic Crane Estate to tour . Check out the TTOR website for a ton of other properties to hike. We frequent this beach mostly in fall winter and spring.
