AMAZING diner near the outlets. If you are looking for a classic NYC style diner/family restaurant, this is the place to go. Sit up front at the bar in the old part.

You must take a drive down to Jim Thorpe and check out the many shops and restaurants in the historic downtown. Amazingly charming.

This boulder field is CRAZY...its hard to believe it is a natural occurrence and not man made. The drive out to the field is also very lovely and through the state park.

A very easy hike down to the falls. If you want a longer hike that tends to be very secluded, make sure to do the "orchard trail". It can be a bit difficult but the scenery and quiet is worth it!
