Great bar, but what makes them even more amazing is that they're a great bar also with great food! A great place to go while you're waiting for a table at Toki Underground (the wait can be hours!)

The building is square shaped, with exhibits all around the perimeter rooms, with an indoor courtyard, which is nice for taking a break and having a chat. A nice museum to just stop into.

The Washington Monument offers breathtaking views of the city -- but you have to get there early in order to claim the free tickets to climb to the top!

What can I say? It's the Lincoln Monument. Be ready for the stairs, and the walk of the reflecting pool and the largest statue of a man you'll ever see!

The National Zoo -- go see pandas! Since it's part of the Smithzonian institution, it's free! The DC Metro red line takes you straight there (Union Station or NoMa to Woodley Park-Zoo)

The Verizon Center is home to the Capitals (Hockey) as well as the Wizards (Basketball) if you have time to catch a game. But it's also where many concerts are held. Oh, and the circus.
