Starbucks is in the Bull St Development area of Columbia, a very historical part of Columbia, that is currently being developed into a massive work-live district. This is a great area spend your evenings kicking back at a fireflies (baseball) game. There is also REI close by for the outdoorsmen who need to load up on gear!
