Fancy for a pho place but their food is consistently fresh, fragrant, and delicious. The wall behind the bar has a giant poster of a wonderful record put out by an even more wonderful local record label called Sublime Frequencies. Specializing in collecting and disseminating obscure and interesting music from around the world, just about everything they put out is worth your time. Listen to Saigon Rock & Soul: Vietnamese Classic Tracks 1968-1974 on your way there.
