It wouldn't be a trip to San Diego if you don't spent at least a day basking in the sun on the beach. Located a few miles outside of downtown, Coronado truly looks straight out of a beach movie.

Head out to the beach in front of the Hotel Dell, with pina coladas from a stand just off the beach. The waves are rolling and the view is amazing. FYI, the water is cold, but refreshing.
