Local "chippy" (chip shop) and restaurant. Good for trying traditional fish and chips or haggis, neeps and tatties. Gluten free menu available.

Just round the corner 5 Minute walk (350m) Right next to the Festival Theatre A Must visit for the full Scottish breakfast experience! also provides local dishes throughout the day Mix with the locals and try a wide variety of traditional Scottish dishes, Haggis(you have to try at least once!), Fish and Chips, Scones, Tattie Scones, Pasta and Burgers also. great place to fuel up before heading to the Royal Mile, 5 Min walk, or Princes Street, about 10 min walk depending on how full you are !

It's wholesome, warm with decent portions. It's great having such an unpretentious, family friendly place nearby - the mixed Scottish/Italian hospitality knows no bounds. This place is recommended for anyone wanting a medium priced, simple and hearty meal.
