Located in Crownsville - just a short 15 minute drive from Hambleton Cottage. Set in a fictional 16th-century English village named Revel Grove, the festival is spread over 27 acres (110,000 m 2). The second largest renaissance fair in the United States, it is open from the last weekend of August and runs for nine weekends.

The Maryland Rennaissance Festival, open at the end of August to the end of October, is wonderful for families, couples, and singles! Step back in time at Revel Grove with turkey legs, mixed wines, jousting, juggling, and magic.
